If a student needs to travel by plane, can they bring their kit with them?

Updated on

Science Interactive does not advise traveling by plane with a kit.

If a student must travel by plane with a kit, it is recommended that the kit be checked in luggage. Due to federal regulations regarding airport security and safety, it is possible that chemicals or other items may be removed from the kit. It is the students’ responsibility to replace any items that may be removed from the kit in the course of travel.
