Why Won't My Students' Data Tables Open?

Updated on

Our Data Table system has been updated to allow you to drag the data table size to make it as large or small on your screen as you would like. Unfortunately may be causing conflicts with your browser that may be trying to load a previous version of the Data Table which results in some tables not being able to be opened.

Follow these quick steps to resolve the issue.

1. Clear your browser's cache.

If you don't know how to do that, follow the steps relevant to your browser:

How To Clear Cookies and Cache in Firefox

How to Clear Cookies and Cache in Chrome

How to Clear Browser History in Safari

2. Perform a hard refresh on your browser.

For PC: hit Shift + Control (Ctrl) + R

For Mac: hit Shift + Command + R

After reloading, your browser should be loading the new version of the Data Table.
